The owner of the kennel, Nikola Lukić, has been surrounded by dogs and cynology all his life. Ever since childhood (thanks to his father who also loved dogs), he has developed a love for all breeds – from the first Rottweilers to the American Bully, which becomes a lifelong passion. In 1995, Nikola served his military service at the Dog Training Center in Niš, where he gained valuable experience working with service dogs. He spent nine months as a military handler on the border, deepening his understanding of dog behavior and training. After returning from the army, he met a then relatively new breed – the American Bully – and immediately fell in love with this noble dog.
For over 20 years, our family has been dedicated to this particular breed, following its development from the very beginning.
During all those years we learned everything about dog genetics and carefully built our breeding program. We are focused on the exclusion of defects and hereditary diseases – we choose only the best individuals for breeding, those that are healthy, with a correct exterior and a stable character. Thanks to such an approach, our puppies are genetically healthy and grow up to be vital, long-lived dogs.
Ten years ago, we started cooperation with prominent breeders in the region and the world. We especially emphasize the friendship with Željko Vujanović (a well-known breeder of Neapolitan mastiffs, Di Carini kennel) – a relationship that grew into a godfather. Together we came up with the top bloodlines of the American Bully, we imported the best quality dogs from abroad and combined the best traits of different lines. That multi-year cooperation and exchange of knowledge helped us to raise the quality of breeding to the highest level and achieve our goal: to breed a champion Pocket Bully recognizable in the world.
